Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc received in Hà Nội on Wednesday newly-accredited Mozambican Ambassador Leonardo Rosario Manuel Pene, affirming Việt Nam’s willingness to send experts in agriculture, education and health care to the African country.
